25 girls and 15 boys from Years 9 to 13 will be joining traditional dancers and flying dragons to sing favourites such Bridge Over Troubled Water, Rule Britannia and The Bare Necessities.
Mr Stephen Browne, Director of Music at The Red Maids' School said, "We are pleased to have the chance to perform at the Bristol Museum to celebrate Chinese New Year and the 2012 Year of the Dragon."
It will be good preparation for the joint choir which is off to China next month to perform and take in cultural highlights such as, the Great Wall, Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the Terracotta Army.
