Fabulous cafe!

This is such a great cozy addition to Stokes Croft! You'll feel right at home from the moment you step in the door. The homemade cakes are delish - and if you're a coffe-a-holic, you can order a whole cafetière just for you. This is the best place ever to do your laundry - and well worth visiting just for the cakes!

    Terrible service

The great food was ruined by the slow, sloppy service. Wrong drinks turned up half an hour after being ordered and food arrived in dribbs and drabs. Not a place to go for a short stay, make sure you book off the rest of the day!

People need to know about this place...

...the friendly atmosphere, the decor, the music and the food. There is also internet access and printing facilities, which means I can use it as a place to study. I never feel rushed and find it a great place to escape to if I am getting cabin fever at home. The laudry service seems really popular too. There is a lot going on, but it all works together amazingly well...Come and try it...

    LOVE THIS PLACE

at the well is something different... awesome atmosphere, lovely decor, delicious food (i especially enjoyed the dessert selection) and very friendly staff. They do some cool stuff in the evenings, I am sure to book the place for my next birthday party.

I've tried most things on the menu...

And they were all delicious. I even have the chocolate paste to enjoy their hot chocoaltes and milkshakes at home. Quirky, friendly and perfectly Bristol with great nostalgic music.

    Decor isn't everything

Friendly staff, lovely decorations, but the coffee was dreadful. You could see the edges of the cup through it despite waiting longer than the suggested time. Chocolate milkshake not very nice either. Shame as the environment is lovely, but I won't be returning based on my experience.
