This has to be my favourite cafe in the area. The atmosphere is really relaxed and creative without being pretentious and invites all sorts of people inside. Their food is absolutely delicious - I thoroughly recommend their falafels. Their chai latte's are also incredible and they even put gigs and films on in their downstairs area.

I like the ambiance and feeling I get from sitting next to the huge front window while life goes on outside. Inside, I'm warm and enjoying a good book and a nice brew.

ReportCafe Kino has only been open in it's new, larger premises for a year or so but already it has a dedicated customer base and it's not hard to see why. Located in a prominent position in Stokes Croft, you cannot miss it. The floor to ceiling windows on the front are a great place to sit with a coffee and watch the world go by and the selection of homemade food they have is delicious. They also have intimate gigs in the basement, which are an added bonus.

This has a similar vibe to the Arts House cafe next door but is lighter and has a bit more space. The gigs downstairs are brilliant, lots of exposed brickwork and a real intimate feel. The food and drink is lovely and the staff friendly. I think it's a non profit, community type place like a lot of places in Stokes Croft and it attracts the usual crowd. Get a seat by the window and its great for people watching.
