why do the blenheim rd tenants living next to the young peoples assisted house have to put up with the on going problem with loud music, whistles from the windows, rubbish etc etc, redland is a really nice area but its blighted by the problems at number 15 blenheim rd, the tenants have had so many problems with this property in the past you would,nt believe, but it goes on and on, why is nothing done to help us all we want is a quiet life, to come home from work and not to hear music thumping through the walls. why is it the estates team do nothing about the problems that have been reported. why does it go on and on ?
