Home Birth and Beyond workshop

A birth and parenting preparation workshop for women and their birth partners.*

Looking at the practicalities of birthing your baby at home and easing your way into life with your new family.

What do I need?

Looking at birth plans.

The body & brain during birth.

Support for birth and early months of parenting.

This course is led by Relaxed Birth & Parenting trained, FEDANT registered doulas and antenatal teachers Catherine Waters & Emilie Rowell. Catherine also trained on Michel Odent's Paramana Doula course. Between them they have 4 children, 16 years parenting, experience of their own and other's home births, water birth, hypnotherapy and breastfeeding.
£40 per person/£80 per couple.
Concessions available - no one will be turned away due to lack of funds.

* Your birth partner may be your spouse, partner, doula, close friend or relative.
