As Spring begins to bring more light and energy, it's the perfect time to focus on your wellbeing and join a beginners Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing (TMW) class.
TMW is a specially developed sequence of movements which promotes physical and emotional health and wellbeing. It combines the essential elements of Tai Chi and Chi Kung to allow you to feel the benefits of these wonderful arts easily, giving you greater confidence, reducing stress and releasing tension.
