TMW is an easy-to-learn sequence of movements, designed to improve physical and emotional wellbeing. This course will give you a simple but powerful way to release tensions in your mind and body, and restore balance, confidence and relaxation. TMW has origins in Tai Chi and Chi Kung and is suitable for any age or level of mobility.
