Stress relief: places to unwind and relax in Redland

September's here and no doubt we're all back in the full throngs of the
-
Amphora Aromatics
40 hour working week (teachers included) but that doesn't mean we should let
stress dominate our lives.
Here in Redland, people have always been pretty good at
taking care of themselves and as a result local health-based businesses are
thriving.
Take health food shops Earthbound and Wild Oats, they are full of
lovely delicious goodies to make you feel good - from vitamins to whole foods
and organic beauty products to suggestions for feel good meals.
Another good place for scrumptious beauty products is
Neal's Yard, which, unbeknown to many also has therapy rooms upstairs where you
can get cut price massages, reflexology and nutrition advice.
Other good places for massage are Thai Sabai and Redland House Clinic.
If a more substantial massage is what you're after (perhaps
you've got an injury which just won't let up) then the Sport and Orthopedic Clinic is well worth a
punt.
I'd avoid the dodgy massage parlours on Stokes
Croft though - that may be a completely different type of massage!
For relaxation in your own home, visit Amphora Aromatics for some top notch
aromatherapy aides, from oils to candles and more.
White Sage Healing Arts professes to
